Good Boss / Bad boss

Today I had to be the top nagging ...
During my career, I've had several jobs and therefore several heads. Have generally been people (men and women) who have been able to talk and talk, at least in most cases. All I saw them in good times and bad, and all learned a lesson about another to do and what not to do when managing staff.
Today I played. Although I do not practice any formal management position, today I have generated a degree of confidence in my office that I just have to be accountable every so often of what I do, all without having to have someone breathing down your neck watching every move you make. Along with this, I have had lately to watch for people working with me, in order that the projects we tengan una supervisión más detallada.
Como todo en esta vida hay que hacerlo uno mismo para que salga bien, sentí de nuevo la mala espina de que algo malo pasaría cuando este pana en cuestión (no diré nombres) tenía que entregar cierta cantidad de cosas pendientes, y no solo se daba la bomba del siglo sino que de paso para el todo era imposible cuando yo mismo sé que se podía.
Total que al acercarse la fecha de entrega, hubo que presionarlo y supervisarlo de modo rudo, y me toco a mi hacerlo. Sabiendo que no lograría nada con este pana presionándolo de mala manera, hable con el muy aparte y le explique la situación, tal como mis anteriores jefes muy poco o nunca hicieron.
