their menopause: a recent study by the Center Health Sciences Texas Tech University
(United States) not only highlighted in this sense the benefits of this ancient tea but alsoTai Chi, discipline also traditional and oriental origin.

.The researcher Chawan-Li Shen has studied a group of postmenopausal women and potential of green tea and Tai Chi as a whole. At work closely followed 171 women with an average age of 57 years who already had
weak bones and osteoporosis
infancy.- Thus, were divided into four groups: one consumed 500 mg per day of green tea polyphenols (no Tai Chi), the other was given placebo and were instructed to practice Tai Chi, another placebo only without the discipline as a last, was told to take the same amount of green tea and the same practice of Tai Chi .
